We love all animals so we make sure none of our products are tested on any animals
Our products do not contain any animal derived ingredients and are 100% Vegan
At Lawm, we believe in getting the best of both worlds. We try to use naturally derived ingredients as much as possible however we also formulate our products with ingredients made by reputed chemists to develop the most efficient results for you.
Only items that are damaged during transit are eligible for return after purchase.
We will send you a shipping confirmation along with the tracking number to your registered email within 1 hour of the order dispatch
Your order will be shipped within 3 days of order placement. We will then sending you a shipping confirmation.
Our products have a shelf live of 24 months. Once opened they have a 12 month shelf live.
Unfortunately we cannot process any refund for a used product.
Our return policy is for 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Only items that have been damaged during transit or unused and unopened orders are eligible for return after purchase.
Please get in touch with us through our email or customer care number and share photos of the package and product with us via email.
To complete your return, we require a picture of the package you received, order number or proof of purchase. The order must also be in its original packaging and should be unused and unopened in anyway
